Trust & accuracy

How we verify our visa guides

Visa information is a your-money-your-life topic. A wrong step or an out-of-date link can cost someone a flight or a fine, so accuracy comes before everything here. This page explains exactly how we keep the guides right.

We check the official portal before we publish

For every guide, we confirm the portal name, its web address and each step against the official government site itself, not against other blogs. Where a fact cannot be confirmed from an official or clearly reliable source, we leave it out rather than guess. We never invent a fee, a fine, a validity length or a penalty.

We show the date we last checked

Each guide carries a “last verified” date near the top. The visa pages were last verified on 24 July 2026. If you are reading long after that date, treat the steps as a strong guide and confirm the current screen on the portal, because interfaces change.

We re-verify on a schedule

Saudi services are moving to a unified visa platform, and portals are updated often. We re-check each visa guide on a regular cycle and after any major portal change we become aware of, then update the verified date.

We never handle your numbers

Our tools run entirely in your browser and send nothing to our servers. When you need to look up a real record, we send you to the official portal, where you enter your iqama, visa or passport number on the government site, not on ours. We are an independent publisher and are not affiliated with any government body.

Tell us if something is out of date

If a step, link or label no longer matches what you see, email us at [email protected]. We check reports quickly, fix confirmed errors, and update the verified date when we do. Corrections from readers on the ground are the fastest way we catch portal changes.
